The contractor installed a compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling system at its maintenance site, located at La Puente Park. The city operated three alternative fuel vehicles. The slow-fill system will enable the City to refuel these vehicles on-site in a secured facility rather than having to travel to a fueling station approximately ten minutes away. The project includes the design, purchase, and installation of a slow-fill CNG fueling system that can accommodate up to four vehicles. Contractor constructed a structure to accommodate the fueling system and the vehicles.
