DIAMOND BAR, Calif. - Furthering its commitment to clean air and the environment, the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) has implemented a new online submission process for applicants of the FY 2010-11 Local Government Match Program. Applicants must submit their proposals online using the MSRC's easy-to-use online submission software. Applications will be accepted beginning April 5, 2011.
Submitting applications online saves paper by eliminating the need to photocopy and package proposals, and reduces emissions associated with driving to the MSRC to physically deliver the applications. The MSRC hopes that with the success of this pilot program, online submissions will be expanded to other work program categories in the future.
