The MSRC is seeking pre-proposals or conceptual projects from owners and/or operators of warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities located in Riverside or San Bernardino County interested in potentially partnering with the MSRC Clean Transportation Funding™ Program to implement air pollution reduction strategies and technologies at their facilities that reduce air pollutant emissions associated with Goods Movement.
