Project Objectives
Purchase 2 heavy-duty CNG vehicles for the Public Works department. (Note this contract was modified down from 3 vehicles to 2).
Project Results Description
The City purchased a CNG vonverted Dump Truck and a CNG converted Stake Bed truck. These are heavy-duty vehicles. The Dump Truck was a replacement vehicle and the Stake Bed was added to the fleet. Both vehicles are in service as of September 2009.
