All ten vehicles are in full operation in varous County Dial-A-Ride & Fixed Route services.

Project Objectives

The purchase of these 10 LPG-powered is in line with the County's long-range plan of replacing all its vehicles with fuel efficient and environmentally friendly vehicles. The operation of these vehicles will generate a lot of savings in terms of reduced fuel cost and helps reduce emissions in the communties it serves.

Project Results Description

The newly acquired vehicles have improved mobiliity and increased transportation options of County residents in the communities it serves. As fuel prices continue to rise, the use of these fuel efficient vehicles will make the County more cost-effective and helps reduce potent greenhouse gases in the communities it serves.
