The project involved the installation of one additional LNG storage vessel, two L/CNG pumps, a system to inject odorant into the LNG, two L/CNG dispensers, and additional L/CNG storage spheres.
The purpose of this project was to expand the capacity of the existing Waste Management L/CNG refueling station located at their Baldwin Park facility. The increased fueling capacity will allow Waste Management to accommodate additional LNG and CNG vehicles operating out of this facility. Waste Management currently operates 430 natural gas trucks within Los Angeles County.
The expanded L/CNG station is currently operating with no technical issues reported.
All refueling station expansion construction is complete. No significant issues were encountered during station expansion.
