Diesel Exhaust Aftertreatment Program

The Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) is pleased to announce a Clean Transportation Funding opportunity available exclusively to fleets, owners, and/or operators of heavy-duty diesel vehicles within the South Coast Air Quality Management District (AQMD). This program, entitled the Diesel Exhaust After-treatment Retrofit Program is designed to encourage owners of qualifying on-road and off-road heavy-duty diesel-fueled vehicles to retrofit their engines with a diesel particulate filter or diesel particulate matter plus NOx after-treatment device.
